Last Minute Requests
We will do our very best to fit in all last minute requests. Please CALL 719-475-7297. Requests with less than 48 hour notice are an extra $15.
Cancellation Policy:
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other clients.
Out of respect for our pet care professionals and our other clients, we ask that you PLEASE CALL US ASAP at 719-475-PAWS (7297) as soon as you know you will need to cancel or change your appointment.
- All cancellations incur a 10% fee to cover costs.
- Non-holiday cancellations with less than 48 hour notice will incur the cost of the visits than fall within this 48 hours + 10% for any remaining visits.
- Major holiday cancelations with less than 2 weeks notice are non-refundable.

With customized visits, you choose when we arrive, how long we stay, and the chores we do while there. All pet sitting and dog walking visits include complimentary premium tummy rubs, scratches, a warm lap for cuddling, toys, treats and more. If you want something that isn’t on the menu, just ask. After all, spoiling pets (and their parents) is what we are all about.
