Even superhero wonder pugs need a little help sometimes! My friends at Colorado Canine Orthopedics & Rehab always help my back leg muscles and hind end feel much better, and they give me a jar of frozen baby food and belly rubs while they do it (WIN WIN, right??) My favorite part of physical therapy is the water therapy in the Aqua Paws unit! It helps decrease pain and swelling, increases my joint mobility and muscle strength, and helps get me back to walking normally. They even throw in pool toys for me! I also receive laser therapy, which helps disc inflammation. How cool is that?
